Kenobi STF Stickleback

A small baitfish imitation can either be super realistic with fins, scales, eyes, gill covers etc. but they can also be much simpler and just have the shape and movements of a small prey to attract the attention of predatory fish. In this video, the skilled fly fisherman and fishing guide at Denmark Fishing & Outdoor Lodge Jan "Kenobi" Nachtigal will demonstrate his suggestion for a super effective baitfish-imitation which he has also expanded compared to his favorite which only consists of dubbing in just one color - but what it does not have in realistic detail it has a great deal of effectiveness when Jan is searching for sea-run brown trout along his coastlines.

The GFF money box

… I have a small favor to ask.

Long story short

Support the Global FlyFisher through several different channels, including PayPal.

Long story longer

The Global FlyFisher has been online since the mid-90's and has been free to access for everybody since day one – and will stay free for as long as I run it.
But that doesn't mean that it's free to run.
It costs money to drive a large site like this.
