James Leisenring’s Hare’s Ear

Thread - primrose silk. I used Kimoto silk #301.
Hook - Wet fly 12 or 14
Tail - Wood duck fibers
Rib - flat gold tinsel very small
Body - spun body of primrose silk and hare’s lobe.
Hackle - none, pick out fur
Wing - Woodcock secondary slips with buff tips.
