One of our favorite flies for fishing midge hatches. An easy pattern to tie. Works equally well at the start of a Baetis hatch. The color pattern in this video is our go to, but could be altered to better match the hatches in your area. Tie in sizes 18-24. Tightly twisted tying thread can be wrapped over the abdomen to create segmentation.
