The beautiful blue-bodied insect is an amazing flyer, but below the surface of the water it is an important food-source for trouts and other predators. In this video we have our very own Håkan Karsnäser demonstrating how to tie the Olive Damsel Nymph - a must-have-in-the-box pattern for chasing trouts.
