Preparing and selecting hackle feathers for streamers

While there is much more to know about hackle, I am focusing on the simple stuff, with selecting hackle feathers off of a cape for use in a streamer tails, wings and as lateral lines. Its very important to prepare the hackle properly, and select the right feathers in order to get them to sit right on the fly, and even get the correct action.
