The Breath is an emerger of bigger mayfly which is made of an owl feather. Owl's feather is super soft with lot of micro barbules that "breathe" in water and suggest life.
Its also good material for nymphs or wets. Be aware though, that in some countries its forbidden do have feathers from some birds....
