(Don't) Advertize with GFF
We started accepting banner ads... and we stopped again.
The banner ads were too much irrelevant, visual noise, too much work and way too little money to make any sense. So per March 2014 we stopped having any banners, but are now working on other ways to get our expenses covered.
As per January 2014 we have started accepting ads. First in the form of Google ads, but we then rolled out our own ad server, and accepted direct ads from manufacturers, businesses, shops, guides and even ad agencies. We intended to have information about traffic, ad formats and prices here in a short time, but shut down the whole sherbang again shortly after. Ads are a pain! To have on the pages, to administer, to deal with altogether.
Ads are a pain!
So if you are interested in advertizing on the Global FlyFisher it's a NO GO! Please DO NOT contact us for more details. It will lead nowhere.

Long story short
Support the Global FlyFisher through several different channels, including PayPal.
Long story longer
The Global FlyFisher has been online since the mid-90's and has been free to access for everybody since day one – and will stay free for as long as I run it.
But that doesn't mean that it's free to run.
It costs money to drive a large site like this.
