Notes: Although I haven't posted many of my own flies over the past few months, you can be rest assured I've been busy at my tying desk cranking out a few for the display case. The Ms. Lowe is a nice smelt imitation I've had good success with during the summer months when fished deep. I use pearl guinea fowl and a bright olive body to give the fly a fairly light appearance. The black rhea and peacock create a nice distinct lateral line when the fly gets wet.
This particular specimen of the Ms. Lowe Strea is on auction right now along with several of my other flies for anyone wanting to add a couple to their collection. Happy Bidding.
