Triple F

Terrestial-patterns and big foam flies can be super-effective for chasing trouts at the coast-line around scandinavia here in the beginning of autumn. Sometimes the trout willl show themselves even at day-time, and the fun fishing with big skating foamflies starts. In this video Ahrex's Dr. Hook or Søren Flarup will be tying a Foam Fly - without a vise at the shore of one of his favorite spots for chasing foam-fly eating sea run browns.

Hook: NS 122 #4
Underbody: Flashabou dubbing, purple
Body: Foam beetle body, black/orange
Wing: Crystal flash W. Antron yarn, fluo. yellow
Legs: Barred round rubberlegs, black/orange size M

Long story longer

The Global FlyFisher has been online since the mid-90's and has been free to access for everybody since day one – and will stay free for as long as I run it.
But that doesn't mean that it's free to run.
It costs money to drive a large site like this.
