Rubber Thief - AKA Gummityven

A mix of Høtyven and the ESL shrimp. Tested with success and very easy to tie. Try it.
Another fly tying tutorial from me and this time it’s GUMMITYVEN. Last weekend I was at a fly tying gathering with friends and Casper Hansen and I had a hard look at the famous and very nice fly Høtyven, which was invented by Troels Holstein Kaa. I have had success with the brown ESL Shrimp (by Kenneth Hejnfelt) lately so why not combine them both into GUMMITYVEN. It worked very well during that weekends fishing and definitely going to try it again. Check it out and subscribe for more

Long story short

Support the Global FlyFisher through several different channels, including PayPal.

Long story longer

The Global FlyFisher has been online since the mid-90's and has been free to access for everybody since day one – and will stay free for as long as I run it.
But that doesn't mean that it's free to run.
It costs money to drive a large site like this.
