As South Africa is far removed from mainstream fly fishing destinations, some unique patterns developed over the years. In this DVD, the origins of the flies, unique to South Africa are tracked, and where possible tied by the originators of these flies or by fly fishers that have fished with the inventers of the flies.
These Step-By-Step sequences of the fly tying, provides unique tying tips in general fly tying and advice on how to tie the South African flies. For the people who are interested in the spread of trout and fly fishing over the globe, a must have DVD for their collection.

Long story longer
The Global FlyFisher has been online since the mid-90's and has been free to access for everybody since day one – and will stay free for as long as I run it.
But that doesn't mean that it's free to run.
It costs money to drive a large site like this.
