Thread: black
Body: Flat silver tinsel
Belly: tiny bunch of lavender bucktail and a small bunch of white bucktail to the hook point
Throat: Golden pheasant crest short and white schlappen
Underwing: Peacock herl and a long golden pheasant crest 1/2 inch beyond the hook bend
Wing: 2 lavender hackle flanked by 2 soft blue hackles per side
Shoulder: Light purple dyed mallard flank
Cheek: Jungle cock
Head: Black
Notes: This is one of Mike's Frequently requested patterns that he has designed in the Rangeley style back in 1979. This fly has done well being trolled on Grand Lake, where blue flies like the Blue Ghost also fair well. The streamer has also been know to work well on Lake Mooselookmeguntic.
