Kwan flys are a loose representation of a cross between a shrimp and a crab. They work great for saltwater fish that target Crustaceans.

This is a Crab that is on most Yucatan and Belizean lodges fly lists, and for good reason it has accounted for hundreds of permit and bonefish.

This crab fly pattern mimics a small blue crab and is very effective for permit and redfish.

Here's a great flats fly! One of my favourites for bonefish, but it'll catch pretty much anything on the flats. Tie them big for permit and trevally or go smaller for bones, and triggerfish.
