Beiss Original
The name “beiss-fly” is well-known to most anglers in Scandinavia and especially the famous river Mörrum in the southern part of Sweden. In the humus-colored rivers this fly is an absolute must-have with its ginger, olive and black colors that has fooled a big amount of salmon and seatrouts. Originally invented by local flyfisher Ulf Sill who developed the technique of making the wing in several steps, creating the iconic “drop-shape”. In this video we have another skilled flytyer and flyfisher – and owner of the local shop Fiskeshopen Mörrum - Stefan Enevoldsen behind the vise demonstrating the tying of this “must-have-in-the-box” salmonfly.

Long story longer
The Global FlyFisher has been online since the mid-90's and has been free to access for everybody since day one – and will stay free for as long as I run it.
But that doesn't mean that it's free to run.
It costs money to drive a large site like this.
