Thread:            Wapsi UTC Ultra Thread 210 Denier White, Uni-Thread 8/0 Orange, Danville 6/0, Black
Tag:               Danville Silver/Gold Mylar Tinsel, #12, Silver
Tail:              Yellow Hackle
Body:              Danville Silver/Gold Mylar Tinsel, #12, Silver
Throat:            Schlappen, Yellow
Wing:              Two Gray Hackles flanked on each side by one Blue Hackle and one Natural Grizzly Hackle
Cheek:             Jungle Cock
Head:              Black with an Orange band

The Carrie Stevens Blue Dragon is similar to the Blue Charm with the exception the Dragon has Gray Hackle and Natural Grizzly Hackle.  This video is a bit longer then others I have done as I am taking the time to tie this fly for framing and taking the opportunity to explain some steps for anyone interested in tying a streamer for framing.  Mostly explaining some steps for a smooth body and mostly taking the time to get the materials tied in just how you want them.  If you are interested you can jump to various steps in the fly rather then watch the entire video.  --Enjoy
