This is a Step by Step instruction for tying Bob Popovics's Pop Lip. The Pop Lip is a Crank Bait style lip created with the use of Wool, or a Wool like material combined with Silicone - Designed by Popovics in 1989 - 1990. Pop Lips can be fished for a wide range of species and utilize a large range of material combinations - I highly recommend following Popovics on Facebook/Instagram and stalking his photo albums for his Pop Lip creations to get a better idea for their application.
