Cove's pheasant tail is an essential pattern to have in your fly box. It's simple, easy to tie with readily available materials and will catch you fish anywhere. Tie them in a range of sizes either with the grey rabbit thorax or the version shown or in whatever colour you fancy, they won't let you down!
