This is a great baitfish / minnow pattern for steelhead. Tied on a Partridge Waddington Shank this intruder and scandi inspired pattern can be tied in a few variations, but I prefer the unweighted and fished on a sink tip. A great Steelhead or smallmouth bass fly.
