The MSU Foam Hopper can be fished as both a hooper and a caddis depending on the size and color you choose to tie it in. The MSU Foam Hopper can be fished in many different situations as well as a dry dropper set up. The MSU Foam Hopper is very similar to the X-Caddis. A great western attractor dry that you should have in your fly box.
