The Best Redfish Fly - Marsh Crab
Marsh Crab is it's name. You can't say it isn't the best if you haven't fished with it, and you will agree if you have. This deadly Redfish Fly is my favorite fly to use in the Louisiana Marsh and it works like a charm for every redfish I have cast it in front of. The advantage of this Redfish Crab Pattern is that it will always ride hook point up, it makes a realistic splash when you cast it and it is visible in almost any water condition. Redfish wolf this fly as soon as they see it. Elk hair is the material used for the body of this fly, however you can use deer hair just as easily. Capt Matt is a redfish fly fishing guide in the Louisiana Marsh throughout October, November and December, if you would like to sight fish for big Redfish in the Mississippi Delta Marsh, go to http://riplips.com Thanks for watching.

Long story longer
The Global FlyFisher has been online since the mid-90's and has been free to access for everybody since day one – and will stay free for as long as I run it.
But that doesn't mean that it's free to run.
It costs money to drive a large site like this.
