Tulle Shrimp
A new material for building shellbacks for shrimps and nymphs. Tulle is the polyester mesh material used to add layers to wedding dresses and ballgowns. It's very cheap, comes in a wide range of colours and when coated with UV-resin makes a great fly tying material. The Tulle Shrimp is tied with the tulle mesh laid over a dubbing and tinsel body to imitate the shrimp's segmented shell. Thanks for watching.

Long story longer
The Global FlyFisher has been online since the mid-90's and has been free to access for everybody since day one – and will stay free for as long as I run it.
But that doesn't mean that it's free to run.
It costs money to drive a large site like this.
