Basic spider patterns I learned to tye when I first started tying flies..

Materials Used;
Greenwells Spder Wet Fly..
Hook, Fulling Mill Competition Heavyweight size 14
Thread, Fulling Mill Yellow 70 Denier Pro Thread
Tail, Furnace Cock Hackle Fibres
Rib, Small Gold Tinsel or Wire
Body, Yellow Thread
Hackle, Furnace/Greenwells Hen

Greenwells Dry Fly fly same as above but the hackle should be cock..
