I have been to several of the previous RISE film festivals, but as a paradox I didn't manage to get to this great little fly-fishing film event the only time it's been in my home town, Copenhagen. I have been driving to both Malmo and Gothenborg in horrendous conditions, but the only time it was just a bus drive away, I missed it. I had the ticket, I had the time, but for other logistical reasons I didn't go.
Well, that's not gonna happen again! I have my ticket and I will be going to the center of Copenhagen April 10th to see some of the best fly-fishing films out there.
I can only recommend that you check this out. The festival is coming to a large number of European towns, and some places get sold out really quickly, so don't wait too long before you buy your ticket. The festival, which was started and is run by Nick Reygeart and Gin-Clear Media famous for many great videos, will be in more countries than ever before including France, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Iceland, Denmark, Netherlands, Slovenia, Croatia, Czech Republic and Poland.
