The target for tropical flyfishing on the flats is mostly bonefish, permit, tarpon and other species. But on almost every flat is ruled by a large top-predator - The Barracuda… You often see big cudas while wading the flats and several bonefish have been cut in half during the fight… but fooling one to attach your fly can be a bit difficult. This fly - The Cuda Flatwing - has proven to fool a lot of big barracudas.
