Governor wet fly. Recipe from Bergman’s Trout.
The fly is very old and comes to the US from England.

Hook - wet fly hook - I use size 10 but you can go bigger and maybe even down to 14.
Tag - red floss
Body - peacock herl
Hackle/beard - brown hen cape
Wing - Mottled brown turkey quill slips
Head - black
