Bass fishing was able to turn a slow day fishing the flats of Panama City, FL into a successful day. The morning I was throwing a shrimp patterns first thing, then switched to a baitfish pattern. Since the fishing was slow so we went on Google Maps and found some local ponds we could fish. There was too many trees around to fly fish the pond so we stuck with the spinning rod throwing a swimbait. This was my buddy's first time fishing, so I was showing him the ropes throughout the day.
