Final Shrimp

This shrimpfly is an excellent choice for chasing sea-run brown trout in clear and relatively calm water, where the fish nibble around and look for "light meals".

Danish coastal fisherman Thomas Hansen is almost a guru when it comes to sea trout on the coast, and the Final Shrimp is his bid for a light shrimp fly for the coast's sea trout. The combination of black eyes, white body and brown "legs", has over the years been a deadly acquaintance for many sea trout. We have again in this video teamed up with Jesper Liundquist Andersen who will demonstrate how to tie this light and effective shrimpfly.

Long story longer

The Global FlyFisher has been online since the mid-90's and has been free to access for everybody since day one – and will stay free for as long as I run it.
But that doesn't mean that it's free to run.
It costs money to drive a large site like this.
