Kelly Galloup's Wooly Sculpin is a single-hooked sculpin imitation that has a near perfect profile when compared to the naturals. It is a weightless fly that is meant to be retrieved laterally through the water in a darting fashion. It stays in the top 3rd of the water and bring the fish to the fly with its erratic swimming action.
