Weedless Gartside Gurgler
Tying a Weedless Gartside Gurgler with Jim Misiura
Partridge & Green
Soft hackle wet fly's are good searching patterns as well as a good choice when insects are hatching. Good Luck with yours!
Panfish Jig
Here is a good fly jig for panfish the crappie really love this one.
Adult Crane Fly
In the summer there are a lot of Crane fly hatches. Give this one a try.
Mahogany Compara Dun
The Compara Dun is a great no hackle dry fly. Giving a good silhouette of the mayfly without giving up flotation.
Caddis Hatch in Pennsylvania
Fishing a caddis hatch in N.E. Pennsylvania.
Sulphur Cripple
Sulphur mayfly's hatch starting in mid May. Here is just one of many patterns that are successful during that hatch. Good Luck with yours!
Midge Dun
There are times in the summer months when the greatest hatch you can expect to find will be Midges. These Mosquito like flies hatch in abundance and the trout will sip them in for hours.
Tying a CDC Sulphur
Here is yet another style of the sulphur. A no hackle is sometimes needed when the trout are being super selective. Good Luck with yours!
Stuck In The Muck
This is the dry fly version of the GSS emerger. Good Luck with yours!
Early Black Stone Fly
Quick easy dry stonefly pattern. Can also be tied in brown, or yellow for when the yellow sally's hatch in the summer.
Cinnomon Segde Pupa
Here is another Gummy fly. This material is really cool stuff
Bead eye GRHE
This fly will ride point up due to the bead chain. So it's important to tie the wing case on the under side of the fly.
Tying a Cork Popper
Using Cork to make poppers is more time consuming. This video was 45 minutes cut down to 18. Sorry for all the editing.
Bluegill Popper
Quill Body Klinkhammer
Quill body Klinkhammer just another version. Good Luck!
The Near Enough
There are times when the trout are taking nymphs at or near the surface. This fly was designed just for that situation. It comes Near Enough.
Mosquito
Simple way to tie a mosquito.
Tying a Muddler Minnow
Tying an Egg Pattern
This is the easiest egg pattern you'll ever find!
Adams Parachute
An Adams parachute is a good pattern to use after the mayflies have been hatching for awhile, and there is no immediate hatch happening.
Dyberry Special
This is one of the first fly's I ever tied that worked. It worked in the Dyberry Creek in Wanye Co. Penna. I was fishing the fly only section.
