In this video I will tie Shotaro-san's one fly. It is a super easy and super effective fly.

While he for sure tied the fly in hand on blind eye hooks you can vary the technique to create so many different types of flies.

Here I am using...

Hook: Daiichi 1560 size 10
Thread: cotton black sewing thread
Eye: Silk beading cord #3 Red
Hackle: Grizzly Cock hackle

This fly is killer and its ugly/buggy look just works. Give it a go.
