There it delivers a lot of fish. The Olive version of this fly catches both brown trout, arctic char and even salmon. The Blacknose Dace is one of the most popular and effective streamers there are out there. It's an excellent option for trout and seatrout fishing. I (and probably some other fly tiers before me) came up with this pattern few years ago. I decided to try to mix these colours together since they work excellent for the Arctic char here in Iceland. It's a durable, easy tie that's made from few, readily available materials and has been catching fish for decades.
