Here we will be tying the fly (Dog or Frog) Nobbler by Trevor Housby. The Nobbler or Dog Nobbler like it was called is a great option for both stream and lake fishing and was designed in the 1980's and patented in 1984 by a guy called Sid Knight. The fly catches both brown trout and arctic char. Some skills are needed to tie this fly but it's not too difficult really. I 100% recommend to keep few i your box since it's a really effective one. Colours in the fly can matter so I suggest that you have variations like black, orange, white, pink, olive and purple.

Long story longer

The Global FlyFisher has been online since the mid-90's and has been free to access for everybody since day one – and will stay free for as long as I run it.
But that doesn't mean that it's free to run.
It costs money to drive a large site like this.
